These principles are cornerstones of InterFinancial's service delivery and client partnership practices. They help to ensure that the relationship between InterFinancial and its clients is mutually successful.

In addition, it is a general principle that at least two executives work actively on all InterFinancial assignments, at least one of whom will be a senior executive. Executives are identified prior to the commitment by clients and, except in extreme circumstances, will only change with the client's prior approval. Such a policy provides clients with full-time coverage and continuity and ensures quality advice.
