Fee Structure
InterFinancial Limited has a philosophy of working with our clients to ensure success of the transactions in respect of which we have been retained.
Consistent with this philosophy is our willingness to work on a "success fee" basis under which the majority of our fees are only earned on successful completion of a transaction. Such a policy requires a commitment from InterFinancial to work effectively to ensure timely completion of transactions.
That policy also requires commitment from our clients to encourage InterFinancial to work on such a policy. Accordingly, we do seek a commitment fee from clients before we are prepared to work on such a basis. This fee is negotiated after we have had the opportunity to review the matter and our clients have had the opportunity to meet with us and ensure that our approach is satisfactory to them. While the commitment fee is negotiable, 10% of the anticipated end fee can be taken as a guide.
Success fees are structured so as to ensure appropriate reward for the skills InterFinancial bring to any particular transaction.
InterFinancial is also willing to undertake fixed fee or hourly rate projects for appropriate matters.
