ComCorp is privately owned, ComCorp has a large network of loyal quality advisers and enjoys strong and unique relationships with several large member-based organisations such as credit unions and industry superannuation funds. The company has invested heavily in systems and procedures to support its business activities and has approximately $1.7 billion in funds under management. The transaction is worth approximately $31 million.
